12/22 Ponferrada Get Ready
I took 5 hours bus from Madrid, finally arrive Ponferrada. I am super exhausted, but also excited at the same time. I planned this trip for a while, it’s the end also a start for me. Everyone has different reason to walk Camino De Santiago. Everyone has their own stories, I have also have mine. I don’t know if I can find the answer in my heart for long time, I don’t know if this trip will change my life.(Seems it’s only 10 days total) But at least, I finish one thing I always want to do. No matter how hard it is, I know and I believe, I will walk the 200km and arrive Santiago Compostela at the last day of 2018.
Too many unknown on the way, but this make me feel excited and full of energy.
I’m ready to start!
I took around the city after arrive Ponferrada. The house alone the driver remind me the Onsen street in Japan. I took a deep breath, to enjoy the fresh air. Some how the jet lag just gone, I’m 100% awake.
My shoes is still clean!! I was drawing at the plaza, there’s a Spanish old gentleman keeps talking to me. I really wanna answer and have the conversation with him, but…. I’m sorry, I don’t know Spanish!!!
Anyway, I did the first drawing for this trip! There are more places wait for me to draw and see.
I’m ready!
